I'm Cori Ramey, a REALTOR with Coldwell Banker Realty, serving clients throughout the Valley.  I have been helping buyers and sellers navigate real estate in Arizona since 2013, and I bring a service-driven approach rooted in honesty, communication and attention to detail.

Before real estate, I spent 30 years as a business owner in the medical field where I developed a strong foundation in listening, problem-solving, and caring for people during important moments in their lives.  That experience naturally transitioned into my real estate career, where I continue to focus on guiding clients with patience, professionalism and care.

I understand that buying and selling a home can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to simplify the process while keeping my clients informed and confident every step of the way.  I take pride in truly understanding each client's needs and working diligently to help them achieve their goals.

Over the years, I've worked with a wide range of clients across many communities throughout the Valley and have built a deep familiarity with local neighborhoods and market trends.  I am also a Certified Smart Home Professional and have been honored with the Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society several times in my career.
